Flooring Resources won the "Best in Show" Spark Award at the 2025 Fuse Alliance conference in Orlando! Our project, at 225 W. Washington in downtown Chicago, exemplifies innovation and exceptional execution. This office high-rise lobby and mezzanine was transformed into a chic bar, lounge, and gaming area, designed to serve as a dynamic space for the building's tenants.

Flooring Resources Corporation was honored with a Fuse Alliance Spark Award at the 2024 conference in Phoenix! The Most Aggressive Timeline Spark Award recognizes the most successful installation completed under a short and demanding timeline. The winning installation was for the massive Chicago Merchandise Mart, one of the world's largest office buildings!

This space was dreamed up for the children. Creating a joyful and happy learning environment was the main priority. Per the designer, “There are stylized nods to transit in some of the details since they are blocks from an airport and an industrial trucking/train hub, but nothing was literal.”
